# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix grated cheddar, Parmesan, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, chili flakes if using, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface.
04 - Evenly sprinkle the cheese and spice blend over the entire pastry surface.
