# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • Guests stop crowding the kitchen and actually enjoy themselves making custom drinks that taste exactly how they want.
  • You prep everything beforehand and then step back—no juggling pitchers or taking orders during the party.
  • The fruit and herbs make it feel like you tried harder than you actually did, and nobody needs to know it took twenty minutes.
02 -
  • Squeeze your lemons earlier in the day or even the night before; fresh juice separates slightly but tastes fresher, and you avoid the scramble of juicing a dozen lemons thirty minutes before guests arrive.
  • Keep your lemonade base tasting bright by resisting the urge to add too much sugar upfront—guests can sweeten their own glass, but you can't take sugar back out.
03 -
  • Prep all your fruit the morning of and keep it covered in the fridge—you'll have zero stress when people arrive.
  • Use a pitcher with volume markings so you know when to refill the lemonade base without thinking about it.
