01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth and sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1/3 inch.
04 - Scatter mixed red berries uniformly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries as desired.
06 - Gently press all toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Place uncovered in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours until completely firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift the bark onto a cutting board, and break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
