# How-To Steps:
01 - Set the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine bell peppers and red onion with olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes if using, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on the prepared baking sheet and nestle the Italian sausages among them.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25 to 30 minutes. Halfway through, turn the sausages and stir the vegetables. Continue roasting until sausages reach an internal temperature of 160°F and vegetables are tender and caramelized.
05 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Slice sausages if desired.
