  • Frozen chopped spinach: 200 g (7 oz), thawed and well-drained
  • Artichoke hearts: 1 can (400 g/14 oz), drained and coarsely chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional): 1/2 tsp

Preheat:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 1 litre/1 quart capacity)
Combine cheeses and mayo:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise Beat until smooth and creamy
Mix in other ingredients:
Stir in mozzarella, 30 g (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan, spinach, artichoke hearts, and minced garlic Mix well
Season:
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using
Spread in dish:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly
Top with cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top
Bake:
Bake for 20 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top
Serve:
